This is a spacious one-bedroomed 70 square metre ground floor Venetian flat in the Cannaregio quarter of Venice. It is conveniently placed for the airport water stop at the Fondamenta Nuove and for all city transport.

We have lovingly owned and cared for it since 1997 and we think our guests will find it a comfortable and well-equipped ‘home from home’.  From March 2019 the bedroom and sitting room are now air conditioned.
